We package clones carefully to help them arrive healthy and stable.
If there are any issues with your plants, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery (based on the courier’s delivery scan).
Please include:
– Order number
– Clear photos of the plants and packaging
– A short description of the issues
If the issue is verified, we will provide replacements.
Not Covered
We are not responsible for issues caused by delayed pickups, missed deliveries, incorrect shipping details, extreme weather events outside our control, or improper care after delivery.
