If There Is an Issue on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery
(based on the courier delivery scan).
Please include:
– Order number
– Clear photos of the plants and packaging
– A short description of the issue
Resolution
If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit depending on the
situation and inventory availability.
Not Covered
We are not responsible for issues caused by delayed pickup, missed delivery, incorrect
shipping details, extreme weather events outside our control, or improper care after
delivery.
